Fredericton Chamber: 2025 Chamber College - The 5 Social Media Truths You Can't Afford To Ignore
From unseen to becoming V.I.S.I.B.L.E & Profitable: How to Build Your Visibility Muscle for the Long & Big Game During this Chamber College presentation, Angélique will highlight how you go from posting on social media to get clients for female entrepreneurs. It's not just about posting or selling online. Come and discover the missing piece. More importantly: join the conversation. BONUS: Angélique will give you her book "Are you V.I.S.I.B.L.E?" Angélique Binet is an online visibility strategist for women entrepreneurs who want to fall in love with their fear of becoming V.I.S.I.B.L.E. She is also a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, podcast host, paid media strategist, and Founder of Social Media Love. Her mission: to amplify women’s visibility from inside out - one post, one video, one belief at a time - from a place of ease & joy. She has over 30 years of experience in journalism, communication and digital marketing in France and Canada at organizations like Radio France Internationale (RFI), Le Figaro, and CBC/Radio-Canada. Her career in media was followed by getting certified as a trauma-informed practitioner that allowed her to deepen the work she does with women entrepreneurs on mindset, identity evolution and online visibility content and strategies. She believes that fear of rejection & childhood traumas are the underpinning of every block so many women entrepreneurs have when it comes to promoting their business online and going after their biggest dreams. This led her to develop her signature "The V.I.S.I.B.L.E Method," which combines her social media expertise and communication talent. Raised on a farm in France, she's a graduate of La Sorbonne University in Paris, Hypokhâgne & Khâgne, and King's College University in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada).

Business Truth & Reconciliation
The Atlantic Chamber of Commerce takes proactive steps to promote reconciliation and respect for Indigenous rights within the corporate sector. In response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call to Action 92, the Chamber urges its members to embrace the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a guiding framework.
Recognizing the importance of education, the Chamber encourages businesses to provide comprehensive training for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the legacy of residential schools, Indigenous rights, and Aboriginal-Crown relations. Emphasizing intercultural competency, conflict resolution, and anti-racism, these efforts aim to foster a more inclusive and harmonious corporate environment rooted in mutual understanding and respect.
