L'Assemblée générale annuelle aura lieu le 20 juin 2024 dès 17 h à l'Église historique de Barachois. Bienvenue à tous ! Les membres en bonne et due forme de la Chambre de commerce Cap-Acadie auront droit de vote. Les futurs membres pourront assister à la réunion, mais n'auront pas le droit de parole, ni le droit de vote. Inscription à l'avance de préférence. - - - - - - - - - - The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 20, 2024, starting at 5 p.m. at the Barachois Historical Church. All are welcome! Members in good standing of the Cap-Acadie Chamber of Commerce will be entitled to vote. Future members may attend the meeting, but will not have the right to speak or vote. Registration preferred.

Business Truth & Reconciliation
The Atlantic Chamber of Commerce takes proactive steps to promote reconciliation and respect for Indigenous rights within the corporate sector. In response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call to Action 92, the Chamber urges its members to embrace the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a guiding framework.
Recognizing the importance of education, the Chamber encourages businesses to provide comprehensive training for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the legacy of residential schools, Indigenous rights, and Aboriginal-Crown relations. Emphasizing intercultural competency, conflict resolution, and anti-racism, these efforts aim to foster a more inclusive and harmonious corporate environment rooted in mutual understanding and respect.
